Pumps are designed with integral tank pump with tank and motor are mounted on a floor, no special foundation, no alignment required.

Pumps has no gland box, submerge shaft seals or bearings. This eliminates of sealing water, guarantees minimum maintenance. The bearings are fitted above the sump level with heaving double protection against penetration of slurry.

Wear parts are available with ni-hard, hi-chrome, natural rubber, CD4MCU, SS316, CF8M etc.

Layout Flexibility
The pump, pump-sump and motor are integrated to one self-contained unit. It is simple to install and connect. No alignment or special foundations is required.

Wear Parts
The CVP-pumps have easily replaceable wear parts. Standard wear parts are available in soft wear resistant rubber or Ni-hard alloy. Synthetic rubber qualities or sintered silicon carbide by request. The design of CREATIVE pump enables us to offer a combination of materials for optimum performance.

Cantilever
No shaft seal means no sealing water. No tightening of glands and non replacement of worn shaft sleeves.

Bearing Assembly
Cartridge type with grease lubricated roller bearings, rated for more than 60,000 operating hours. All bearing are above the sump.

Smooth Operation
The open pump design with a vertical inlet prevents air-blocking. If the pump temporarily should run dry, air deaerates upwards through the inlet.
