AT SHOP FLOORAdvanced production techniques, combined with good infrastructural facilities, by engineers of two decades of experience and expertise create castings of international standards. Every casting is manufactured at Bhuvan Industries by adhering to laid down process parameters at every stage. The finished products undergo a series of tests to ensure compliance to international standards. The quality control at Bhuvan Industries employs highly sophisticated equipments like a three dimensional co-ordinate layout machine to aid dimensional accuracy, ultrasonic non-destructive testing for detection of internal flaws and vacuum emission spectrometer for regular chemical analysis. Melting : At Bhuvan Industries, we have Medium frequency dual track induction furnace with 250 KW to deliver 500-800 kg of liquid metal per hour. Melting shop is equipped with 'SPECTRO' for on the spot analysis of melt at shop floor.
Core Making : 'COLD BOX PROCESS' with dual core box shutting core.
Heat Treatment: Locally made electrically heated micro processor controlled Furnace.
Shot Blasting: Tumblast and spinner hanger machine to suit individual casting configuration and weight range.
Quality Management: The process and quality management is in line with ISO 9001:2000. The laboratories are equipped with the latest testing machines for sand and metal analysis, by 'SPECTRO'. The physical testing machines include Universal testing machines, Hardness tester, Ultrasonic flaw detector, Thickness measuring instruments and Pressure testing bench.
